Hi Everyone,
Once again, it is time to show you the progress I’ve made on my Friendship Quilt V by Whispered by the Wind. Claire is stitching the same design as me in a different colour combination. Block 15 is now completed. That means I’m 60% finished, only ten blocks to go.
Here is this block with the rest of them

/ July 12, 2015It is looking superb. I can see why the centre block is your favourite. That one and the one on the right of it are my favourites. Have to pop over to see how the others are getting on. 🙂
Sewing Beside the Sea
/ July 12, 2015I think I like the ones I could adapt as patchwork blocks the best. I’m busy with one at the moment which is mostly fractional stitches. What a pain! It’s block 19. I’m ahead again YEY!
Carole
/ July 12, 2015Another lovely block. It looks as if it’s full of fractional stitches so it must have been quite fiddly and time consuming to do. Worth it though, as it looks splendid 🙂
Sewing Beside the Sea
/ July 12, 2015Yes, there are loads of fractionals in this one but I’m sort of getting used to them. I’m now cheating by doing the whole crosses of one shape and then going all around it with the fractionals. It seems to be a bit quicker and less frustrating for me that way.
