Good afternoon everyone,
Just a few words and a photo of my latest finish by Bothy Threads. It is part of a series of four New England houses, one for each season and this one is for Spring. I really enjoyed stitching it and hope to get it in a frame very soon. In case you know this design, I omitted the weather vane on the roof because I wasn’t keen on it. Typical eh?
I’ve just started a new sampler by Design Works called ABC Bears and I’ll show you progress when I’ve finished the letter A.

/ August 31, 2015this is really lovely ^^
I also like all the little détails, the nest and birdhouses in the trees. Even if you hadn’t told us it was “Spring”, we’d have guessed. Has a definite Spring feel to it.

/ August 31, 2015It seemed to stitch up really fast once I got going with it which is always a bonus.

Sewing Beside the Sea
/ September 5, 2015I like the birdhouses too. I think they could have been better on 16 count fabric but they’ll do 🙂
